The Lancet Neurology “How Goes the Nodding Syndrome War”

This month the prestigious Lancet Neurology wrote an article about Nodding Syndrome. Writer Adrian Burton begins with Uganda’s initial attempts to understand the disease, challenges faced by the government’s health teams, and HOPE FOR HUMANS’ impact as the only NGO working to provide care for these children and their families.

Hope for Humans is honored to be a part of this publication and appreciate Adrian for recognizing our work with Nodding Syndrome and the need for urgency in providing care for children with this horrible disease.
